The stairs towards the entrance of the building is the first architectural object to interact with when entering the building. These stairs are taken as a departure point for the design. The radians are used to place walls and stairs and therefor decide the spatial setup of the apartments and common spaces. Like a fan the stairwell is distributed radially through the building, which provides variety in the plans and price of the dwellings. The higher one goes, the more space the common stairwell demands, which is as well a place for living.
